The Annual Marketplace opens Monday
morning, and you may pick up packets
throughout the event on the Atrium Level of
the Marriott Marquis. On Monday evening, we
hope you will attend the Opening Reception
(also on the Atrium Level of the Marriott),
which is a new, conveniently located venue for
this event. The Opening Reception is a great
opportunity to connect with peers and enjoy
live music, great food and fun.

One of WSIA’s continued leading initiatives is its work on the legisla- tive front. Throughout the year, E&S leaders work tirelessly to help
lawmakers gain a better understanding of the
needs of the Surplus Lines industry and seek to
further legislation favorable to the work of WSIA
members. In the year to come, the organization will continue to focus on several key topics
highly relevant to the E&S business.
